🛍️ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and personal wear products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Therefore, not all products are eligible for return or exchange.

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

⚠️ Hygiene Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, bras, panties, lingerie sets, shapewear, body jewelry, and intimate accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or wrong.

🔁 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Panties, thongs, and G-strings

  • Lingerie sets, babydolls, teddies, and nightwear

  • Shapewear and body shapers

  • Intimate accessories, lubricants, and massagers

  • Body jewelry and adhesive products

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

📦 How to Request a Return

If your product meets the return criteria:

  1. Contact Us via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return (attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for return or exchange.

  4. Once approved, please send the product to our warehouse address as instructed.

💰 Refund Policy

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are made through the original payment method (if applicable) or via store credit / replacement depending on your preference.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

🚚 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order if it has not been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
